RESERVATION CONDITIONS

After filling in the reservation form, we will check the availability of your chosen room for the chosen period. After that you will receive an e-mail from us with the confirmation.

At reservation we ask a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Only after receipt of your deposit, the reservation is final. The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival. Attention, there is no possibility to pay with credit and/or bank card on the spot.

When paying the deposit, you agree to these reservation conditions and to the house rules.

Cancel your reservation?

  • We advise you to arrange your own travel and cancellation insurance.
  • In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the arrival date, we will refund the deposit in full.
  • Cancellation within the period of 8 weeks to 4 weeks before the arrival date we charge 50% of the deposit.
  • In case of cancellation in the last 4 weeks before the arrival date we charge 100% of the deposit.
